Implementation of strategic planning and management of the production process, logistics, transportation and storage of goods.
Ensuring the uninterrupted delivery process; cost optimization and risk minimization.
Procurement management - optimization of the production cycle and the formation of the insurance stocks.
Transport logistics management - building an optimal and efficient cargo transportation system between production and courier companies.
Logistics management - maintaining and optimizing the internal logistics system.
Management and coordination of work with the clients - optimization of the financial and time costs, work with claims.
Risk management when concluding contracts with the counterparties (KYC procedure; control of conditions within the competence).
Creation of the diversified network of counterparties in all areas to minimize risks.
Development and optimization of the logistics system; its planning, budgeting and control; building management accounting system; organization of the complex of financial and economic reporting; coordination of internal and external workflow.
Administration of the logistics system: interaction with related divisions of the company and external contractors.
Participation in the selection of the personnel and construction of the effective employee motivation system.
Providing automation of accounting, reporting and logistics management systems.
Building the internal reporting system of the unit and reporting system to the head.
Experience in logistics - 3 years,
High level of communication and business correspondence skills,
Department management of 3 team members,
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word).
5*2 schedule (ability to shift the working day beginning time to the more comfortable one),
Comfortable office in Burgas center or partially-remote work,
Net salary from 1000 EUR with the growth prospect up to 1500 EUR based on KPIs,
